Sifu Salih AVCI, conducted a special seminar for officers and managers at the Department of Interpol-Europol of the Turkish National Police. The main theme of the seminar was subject control during the extratidion and convict transfer missions. Topics of the seminar included but was not limited to tackling problems arising from resistance of the convicts and suspects encountered by the officers during the take-over, handling and flight.
